At Clothes By Gupta, we aim to provide a smooth, secure, and reliable delivery experience for every order.

• Shipping Coverage: We currently deliver across India only.

• Prepaid Orders: All orders are 100% prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

• Order Processing: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days after successful payment and verification.

• Delivery Time: Tier 1 & Tier 2 locations generally take 7–8 working days after dispatch, while Tier 3 & Tier 4 locations may take 8–12 working days.

• Tracking: Tracking details are shared after dispatch through available communication channels.

• Important: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Address: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and mobile number.

• Damaged Package: Please inspect your package and record an unboxing video for applicable claims.

• International Shipping: Currently not available.
